To consider a request from Lincoln Avenue Communities, awarded $9,992,500.00 in CDBG-DR funds from the 2022 allocation for the “Chamberlain Family Apartments” project, to adjust the awarded project scope to increase the number of affordable units from 165 units to no less than 190 affordable units and change the site development location from 5000 S. Chamberlain Blvd. to NWC N. Chamberlain Blvd. and Zellwood Terrace;
B. To consider a request from Lincoln Avenue Communities, awarded $9,992,500.00 in CDBG-DR funds from the 2022 allocation for the “Chamberlain Family Apartments” project, to change the awarded sub-recipient from Lincoln Avenue Communities to Fairview Housing Ltd. due to their assertion that the grant award would have negative tax and legal implications on the project’s financing;
C. To consider a request from McDowell Housing Partners, awarded $1,000,000.00 in CDBG-DR funds from the 2022 CDBG-DR allocation for the “Ekos at Arbor Park II” project, to change the awarded sub-recipient from McDowell Housing Partners to Fairview Housing Ltd. due to their assertion that the grant award would have negative tax and legal implications on the project’s financing.
