Infrastructure and Public Facilities Program

Funds will support design and construction activities for the rehabilitation of the T. Mabry Carlton Water Treatment Plant (Carlton WTP) high-service pumps. These upgrades will enhance the plant’s reliability and capacity, ensuring its viability for future population growth, and mitigating the potential impacts of hurricanes, drought, and wildfires.
