Multifamily Affordable Housing Program

Autumn Palms is an 84-unit, 100% affordable housing project from Bright Autumn Palms of North Port, LLC. 

The project will consist of two 3-story buildings and a stand-alone clubhouse. In addition to many onsite amenities, Autumn Palms will offer residents enhancement programs including an Employment Assistance Program and Financial Management Program.
