Multifamily Affordable Housing Program

Avella North Port is a 216-unit, 100% affordable housing project from Fairview Housing Partners and Lincoln Avenue Communities. 

The project will include 3-story buildings, a community clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and outdoor playground. Community sustainable features will include solar panels to offset electricity costs, EV charging parking stations, abundant open space and bike parking.
