Multifamily Affordable Housing Program

Central Gardens is a 39-unit, 100% affordable housing project from Sarasota Housing Authority. 

The development is part of a larger project, Amaryllis Park Place IV, which will have 100 units across from the Janie’s Garden community in Newtown. Residents will have access to garden amenities including a clubhouse, computer lab and gym.
