Multifamily Affordable Housing Program

Cortina Oaks is a 80-unit residential housing project from Cortina Development of Venice.

With 41 affordable units located in south Sarasota County, the project will encompass four 2-story buildings filled with modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments. It will feature accessibility elements such as grab bars, wheelchair accessibility and lowered light switches.
