Multifamily Affordable Housing Program

Nancy’s Village is a 20-unit, 100% affordable housing project from Community Assisted & Supported Living (CASL). 

The project will include five buildings with four units in each building and provide housing and supportive services to youth transitioning out of the foster care system and into living independently. The project is named after the late Nancy Detert, a longtime public servant and former commissioner who advocated for foster children throughout her career.
