On The Park is a 48-unit housing project from Quincy Real Estate Holdings, LLC.
The project will include a six-story building and set aside 20 units for county law enforcement officers. The buildings are a block from the Bay Runner shuttle stop, adjacent to the Legacy Trail and will include commercial and retail offices on the ground level.
