Multifamily Affordable Housing Program

Parkside Villages is a 10-unit, 100% affordable housing project from Family Promise of South Sarasota County, Inc. 

Consisting of five duplex buildings, the development is designed to be storm-strong and energy-efficient. Family Promise plans to work with residents to help them achieve financial stability and eventually move into market-rate housing.
